Here’s How It Works
The Everstead Experience
Step 1 - Share Your Event Details
Fill out an inquiry form and tell us about the occasion, the guests, theme, color palette, venue location, proposal vision, or any information you wish for us to know. We will reach out to set-up a consultation once we receive your form.
Step 2 - Choose Your Service
Once a consultation is scheduled, you will choose and custom your desired service or package. Once you select the service, whether its just design, planning, or a signature package we will be sure that each detail or ask is granted.
Step 3 - Receive your Proposal
We confirm fit and availability, align on direction then prepare a tailored proposal and mock up for your event or service requested, Each proposal can be modified or adjusted for any change requests prior to the reservation of a date.
Step 4 - Reserve your Date
Once you approve your proposal, a signed agreement and 50% deposit officially reserves your celebration on our calendar.
Step 5 - Watch it Come Together
We prepare, refine, coordinate, and create—then deliver the approved details to life onsite so you can experience the moment with your guests.
